It is a nicely furnished two bedroom self catering apartment, sleeping 6, with most of the modern conveniences.  Opposite the holiday apartments there is a communal garden and steps leading directly down to the North Beach and across to the Harbour. Many of the holiday homes have the benefit of views over the bay and 30 is no exception, with views towards the Harbour and across the town to Caldey Island. Croft Court has a large car park and although there is usually room for 1 vehicle per flat (by Permit issued by the caretaker), occasionally you may be required to use the North beach car park or there is limited street parking further up the road, and it has a lift.  30 Croft Court is ideally situated for families and is approximately half a mile from the centre of Tenby with its variety of shops, galleries, pubs and restaurants serving a variety of foods.  During July and August the town is a traffic free zone so pedestrians can stroll safely through the streets and enjoy the cafe culture in one of the many establishments who provide outside seating during this time.

The holiday apartment is opposite the North Beach, Tenby, Pembrokeshire, with its Blue Flag status and picturesque Harbour with busy boats ferrying people to the Monastic island of Caldey or taking out families for fishing trips, is only a 10 minute walk from the property.  You can take a leisurely walk to town to a variety of pubs and restaurants which will take you 10 minutes. The Cube restaurant offers an excellent choice of food and you can also book a meal to be served in your property (ask for details). The Lifeboat & Normandie pubs both offer excellent pub grub and both are family friendly. The South Beach Grill & Bar offers fine dining with   Tenby is an ideal holiday let location to visit most of the local attractions, Folly Farm and Zoo where you could meet the family of Lions, Oakwood Park and ride the biggest wooden roller coaster in Europe, Heatherton and try your hand at archery and much more, Anna's Welsh Zoo to meet the Rhinos and Tiger. You could also take a boat trip over to the Monastic Island of Caldey and spend a memorable day of your holiday exploring this delightful Island off the Tenby coast, and treat yourself to some of their delicious chocolate and perfume.

 During the summer school holidays, the centre of Tenby is transformed into a 'cafe culture' centre, with no traffic allowed within the town walls. The restaurants and public houses take full advantage of this and you can relax wining and dining in the middle of Tudor Square, watching the world go by. The majority of our self catering holiday cottages are within walking distance of the town.

Cardiff Airport- 95.4 miles .  M4 Cardiff- 89.8 miles. Tenby Train Station, 10 minute walk to town centre or usually Taxis waiting on train arrivals. Haverfordwest, 22.5 miles, many of the supermarkets, like Lidl, Morrisons and many other High Street shops, M&S, Debenhams, Laura Ashley, a cinema, and castle. Carmarthen, 26.6 miles, large Shopping Centre with Aldi, Tesco, Farm Foods and a large selection of High Street shops, River Isalnd, H&M, Next, and the Vue cinema. Pembroke Dock 14.6 miles, small shopping centre with Asda, Lidl, Tesco, Argos, B&Q.  Ferry Terminal for Ireland.  The local leisure attractions, Anna's Welsh Zoo, Heatherton Country Park, Folly Farm & Zoo and Oakwood Park are all within easy reach by car and in the peak weeks many have a regular bus service to and fro. We are very fortunate to have four beautiful beaches in Tenby.
