- Enclosed small walled garden terrace with bistro set to front of cottage

- Enclosed wire fenced rear garden (13 x 18 metres approx.). Fence is 1.3 metres high. One side of the garden is edged with mature hedging and drops off down towards the lane. Sheep are often present in the neighbouring field with only the wire fence separating both areas. There is no access into the rear garden straight from the cottage, it is accessed from the front door, outside, and around through the side garden. Dogs must be supervised at all times when in the rear garden.
