Venture 4.5 miles to the beautiful Usk Reservoir, which is surrounded by the Glasfynnedd Forest and has a 5.5-mile waymarked route along its shores for walking and cycling. Head into Llandovery, 9.5 miles away, to wander its historic streets, potter in its shops and pause for a cup of tea and a fresh Welsh cake in one of its cafes. Visit Brecon to stroll or take a cruise out along the scenic Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal.

Select a board game to set up at the dining table then gather round for an evening of fun. The modern kitchen encompasses all the equipment you will need to help you rustle up delicious dishes to serve up at the table in the lounge/diner as well. At the end of each day of adventure, climb the stairs up to the first floor. Here, you will find the immaculate family bathroom, with its bath and shower, as well as two luxurious bedrooms. These are both king-size but one has zip-and-link beds that can be arranged as singles instead, if discussed in advance, to offer you added flexibility.
