This beautifully converted railway house on the picturesque 'Heart of Wales' railway line which is situated just outside Builth Wells, and is well-placed on the edge of the Builth Road railway station, with only eight trains a day passing by. The cottage is close to the Royal Welsh Showground, home of the Royal Welsh Festival and annual events which is in walking distance. This property boasts a wonderful open-plan interior, combining the lounge, kitchen and dining space into one room and is ideally placed on the first floor, with stunning views over the rolling countryside hills. Have a seat on the L-shaped sofa after a long day and enjoy the benefits of the electric fire to keep you warm during those chilly evenings. The kitchen is the perfect place to cook up a storm for the family and then sit back and relax at the dining table whilst you enjoy your lovingly prepared meals, or plan the day's events. The property benefits from two ground floor bedrooms: one king-size and one twin, with zip and link features, so whatever your group type, there will be something to accommodate you. The property has all mod cons.everything was spotless.and so peaceful.we have stayed in many holiday properties, but this house tops them all. Sara was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The house is set amongst stunning countryside with good walking from the door. Just thirty seconds away is the spectacular Heart of Wales railway with connections to more lovely places. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with everything you could need.
