Guests enjoyed the peaceful location, stunning views, and the property's suitability for both families and pets. The enclosed garden and the surrounding countryside offer ample space for relaxation and activities. The house is equipped with thoughtful touches, contributing to a welcoming and homely atmosphere.

The property is consistently described as spotless and very clean, with only a minor mention of a few dirty plates, which does not detract significantly from the overall high standards of cleanliness experienced by guests.

The location is highly praised for its tranquility, beautiful views, and wildlife. It offers a remote setting ideal for relaxation and outdoor activities, although some guests suggested that directions could be improved.

Guests find the property very comfortable, with special mentions of comfy beds and a warm atmosphere. There is a minor comment about the mattresses being tired, but this is not a common concern.

The property is well-equipped, with a few guests noting the need for modern upgrades and maintenance in areas such as the oven and shower. Despite this, the overall sentiment towards the facilities is positive.

The hosts are commended for their thoughtfulness, with mentions of welcoming touches like fresh flowers and Welsh cakes. While such gifts are appreciated, they are not guaranteed for every stay.

We love the location, and had a good holiday but unfortunately we found the cleanliness of the cottage was not as before. I leave these as constructive comments for Tim and Ruth: - The doors/handles felt sticky/greasy. - The oven temperature was not controllable. Any temperature below 200 was way off the mark - needs a new thermostat. Try it..put it on 180 and see what happens.. took 2.5 hours to cook a chicken.. - The shower in the ensuite needs changing - really tired and mould/plaster falling off round the outside bottom of tray - The curtains in the lounge and front bedrooms are missing curtain rings and they therefore do not close properly - The wall lights in the lounge are missing bulbs - non available to replace - Mattresses in both double beds are tired..they are no longer supportive - The welcome book is old/out of date and dirty - Fridge shelves in door are missing / broken I just feel after 6 years renting the property its perhaps time to replace and spruce up... As I say I offer the above as helpful comments, I feel sure customers may feel the same, but not take the time to feed back.. Kind regards

!! It was undoubtedly one of the best properties that I have ever rented. Both the house and it's situation were perfect. So much thought and care have been put into this venture and it shows.I would highly recommend this delightful house as the perfect holiday home.
