Boasting bags of charm and a cosy interior, this wonderful barn conversion is ideal for a couple seeking a country break away from everyday routine. Set all on ground floor, you climb up four external steps to reach the homely comforts of the open-plan living room, complete with Freeview TV, WiFi and an electric stove. Curl up on the sofa with your other half and feel the warmth filling the space on a cold wintry evening. A dining area rests adjacent to the kitchen for you to rustle up a romantic dinner, whilst the well-presented double room is accompanied by bedside tables for unwinding with a good book and a fitted wardrobe to stow away your belongings. A clean and tidy shower room rests next to this, just up one step from the lounge. Enjoy the delights of the pretty garden to the rear, which is shared with the other charming properties on the owner's land. You can sit out on a fresh morning at the bistro set to the front and take in the picturesque views with a cup of coffee. This elevated position enveloped by the working farm and panoramic landscape scenery, offers walking and cycling right from the doorstep. Explore the ancient Hafren Forest, the stunning lake of Llyn Clywedog or even Powis Castle with its world famous gardens. There are plenty of activities to enjoy, with walking, cycling, riding, fishing, tennis, golf, swimming and shooting all available within 10 miles. Further afield is Powis Castle with its world famous gardens, the Welsh Coast, with its fine beaches and Rhayader and the Elan Valley are 40 minutes away; the Shropshire towns of Ludlow and Shrewsbury are within easy reach, as are the North Wales destinations of Llangollen and Snowdonia.
