Reach this hidden gem, park off-road and be welcomed into this contemporary, wooden pod, a tasteful abode featuring large patio doors. From here, enter the property and discover a studio-style layout with a double bed, as well as a kitchen with a good selection of amenities, a dining space, and a sitting area with a Smart TV, providing everything you need for a self-catering stay. Also in the property, discover a triple bunk room with a small double below and a single above, along with a sleek shower room for your refreshment. The outdoor space is ideal for taking in the views, offering furniture for alfresco dining, as well as the added opulence of a relaxing wood-fired hot tub, from which you can enjoy stunning sunrises and starry skies. Be sure to take in your surroundings, where you may even see some of the resident wildlife on the property; Canadian geese, woodpeckers, red kites and buzzards can all be seen from Willow, and you might even spot the affectionately named Harriet the hare. To see the local red kites in action and during feeding time, there is a variety of feeding centres to choose from, including Bwlch Nant yr Arian, which is conveniently en-route to Aberystwyth, Gigrin Farm, which offers some of the most spectacular views of the Wye and Elan Valleys just half a mile from the charming market town of Rhaeadr Gwy (Rhayader) (known as the outdoor capital of Wales), and Valley View Falconry for a day amongst these fascinating birds of prey. If you’re looking to pop out and be back at Willow in time for sunset, you can find a Post Office and general stores within walking distance to stock up on your essentials, as well as the Grade II listed, 16th-century Bluebell Inn for some traditional pub grub when you don’t fancy cooking. The neighbouring market town of Llanidloes is just five miles away, with the option of a scenic route along the old road, or if you’ve brought your bike along, you can follow the picture-perfect Cycle Route 8 from the pod, straight into the town. Lôn Cambria (route 81), running from Aberystwyth to Wolverhampton via Llanidloes, Newtown and Welshpool and towards Shrewsbury and more of England also offers some of the best landscapes to enjoy while on two wheels. Alternatively, take the quiet country lane alongside the A470, north of Rhaeadr Gwy (Rhayader), to Newtown and Welshpool to enjoy a traffic-free cycle via the Montgomery canal.     It was in a perfect location to see all the beautiful areas of mid wales. The pod itself was perfectly equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and roasting marshmallows on the fire.
