. Peace and tranquillity are the order of the day at this isolated holiday cottage in an idyllic setting with small country garden bordered by a stream. Cosy and very comfortable, it has been furnished and equipped to the W.T.B. ‘4 Star’ standard, in pretty cottage style. Approached by a good farm track at the side of a field, the cottage is set between Radnor Forest and Offa’s Dyke Path – a superb area for walkers and nature lovers. Riding is available locally. Golf 6 miles. The popular inland resort of Llandrindod Wells, once a famous spa, with its many holiday and sporting attractions, and Hay-on-Wye (famous for its bookshops) are both 14 miles distant. Shops 1½ miles.
