The interior of the dwelling enjoys a seamless blend of character and contemporary with the characteristics of the old chapel complementing the stylish furnishings and the quality appliances. Enter the property to be welcomed into the open-plan living room; be impressed by the high ceilings before throwing a log on the fire to create a tranquil ambiance during a winter’s evening. Cater for your own delicious evening meals within the well-equipped kitchen before settling down with your partner at the dining table to plan the days ahead. The space is completed by the sitting area where you will find a TV with a Blu Ray player, a selection of DVDs, books and games, ideal for keeping you busy during a relaxing evening in or a lazy rainy day. The ground floor is completed by an elegant bathroom, where a freestanding roll top bath awaits you after a long walk on the rolling Offa’s Dyke Path. Continuing to impress is the mezzanine-style bedroom, boasting a super-king-size bed, bedside tables and a quaint dressing table. Halfway House is a small village resting on the Shropshire/Welsh Borderlands, situated just 9 miles away from the town of Welshpool. It is surrounded by the delights of Mid Wales and all that Shropshire has to offer. Attractions include walking on the Offa's Dyke, Powis Castle (National Trust) and the Welshpool and Llanfair Light Railway. Further afield there is the historic towns of Shrewsbury, Llangollen and Chester.
