Ty Siabod is a lovely cottage situated on the outskirts of Capel Curig near Betws-Y-Coed, Conwy, enjoying countryside views within the picturesque Eryri National Park, the famous Ugly House is just 1.2 miles away. With a warm woodburning stove and being well-positioned to explore nearby amenities, this rural retreat is a great base for families or friends wishing to explore the beauty of North Wales. Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by a well-equipped kitchen, where you can cook up a storm for all the family to enjoy in the dining room while catching up on the day's adventures. After a heartwarming meal, retire to the sitting room, where you can snuggle up with your loved ones in front of the woodburning stove and enjoy a movie night on the TV, or listen to your favourite tunes on the CD player. A handy cloakroom with a basin and WC completes the ground floor. As the day draws to a close, head upstairs to find three homely bedrooms; two doubles and a bunk bed, to catch your night's rest. A family bathroom, complete with a bath and shower over, serves these rooms, providing a space to freshen up after a day of exploring. Outside, you will find a large shared garden with a lawn and furniture, where you can enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink, whilst taking in the stunning uninterrupted countryside surroundings. Betws-y-Coed, known as the Gateway to Snowdonia, is North Wales' most popular inland resort. Surrounded by dense woodland and magnificent mountain country, this is a haven for walkers and outdoor enthusiasts alike. At Betws-y-Coed the River Conwy meets its three tributaries flowing from the west, and the beauty of the area is enhanced by cascading waterfalls, river pools and ancient bridges. Most famous of all are the magnificent Swallow Falls, situated where the Llugwy River hurls itself into a spectacular chasm. The village has shops, pubs, places to eat, miniature railway, a riverside golf course and the Tree Top Adventure High Ropes Course, and is home to The Snowdonia National Park Visitor Centre, as well as being the start of the beautiful Conwy Valley which leads to the coast and the lovely towns of Llandudno and Conwy.
