Location: Pensychnant Farm Cottage is just two miles from the centre of the walled town of Conwy, this renovated farmhouse is close to a nature conservation centre at the top of the Sychnant Pass, between Conwy and Penmaenmawr. Whilst being close to town amenities, this lovely rural location offers wonderful walks in all directions, easy access to the coast and beaches at Penmaenmawr or a little further away in Llandudno. Mountains of Snowdonia a short drive away.
Accommodation: Three bedrooms, spacious bathroom (bath with shower over), kitchen-diner, utility and lounge-diner with bay window looking on to open country and hills. Facilities include full central heating, dishwasher, microwave,washing machine, freezer, DVD and garden furniture. Bed linen and towels are supplied, heating and electricity are included in summer, seasonal supplement £25. This is a no smoking property.
