Llanrwst 1 mile. This fantastic property is surrounded by countryside just on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park near Llanrwst. The cottage is ideal for a large family group and is in a superb setting with walks from the door. The ground floor has some surprising features including the superb addition of a pool table in the kitchen area which will provide entertainment for rainy days. The dining area can be found in the conservatory which overlooks the large garden area and the countryside beyond which is a beautiful backdrop while enjoying your meals together. The large and bright sitting room has an electric fire and is a very sociable space to spend time in. Also to the ground floor is a double bedroom, and a shower room. Upstairs are the remaining bedrooms including the master king-size double room which has en-suite facilities and a family bathroom. There is also an external utility area housing two washing machines and two tumble driers, as well as providing bike and kayak storage.

The spacious lawned garden has a patio area, furniture for enjoying your meals outside in sunny weather and there is the added luxury of a hot tub. What could be better than relaxing here in the evening at the end of the evening with your friends and family? Footpaths lead from opposite the property through woodland and the Marin Trail is a must for mountain bikers. Everything that Snowdonia has to offer is within easy driving distance of this fabulous cottage including activities such as Surf Snowdonia, Zip World and Bounce Below. There are also a number of quaint villages to discover such as Betws y Coed which has the picturesque Swallow Falls and places to eat and drink. Llanrwst is a thriving market town which stands in the beautiful Conwy Valley, only four miles from picturesque Betws-y-Coed, known as the 'Gateway to Snowdonia' and which is North Wales's most popular inland resort. Surrounded by dense woodland and magnificent mountain country, this is a haven for walkers and outdoor enthusiasts alike. At Betws-y-Coed the River Conwy meets its three tributaries flowing from the west, and the beauty of the area is enhanced by cascading waterfalls, river pools and ancient bridges.
