Guests consistently praise the Plas Meirion Apartment 3 for its spaciousness, high-quality fixtures, and tasteful furnishings. The property is celebrated for its cleanliness, comfortable beds, and luxurious feel. Its location in Trefriw is appreciated for proximity to local attractions and natural beauty. While some minor issues are noted, such as the lack of a curtain in one bedroom and personal preferences regarding TV placement, the overall sentiment is highly positive, with many guests planning return visits.
Reviews frequently highlight the apartment's spotlessness and the provision of fluffy white towels, indicating a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property.
The apartment's location is praised for being peaceful and ideal for exploring North Wales, with easy access to local amenities and attractions, contributing to a high location score.
Comfort is well-regarded with mentions of cosy bedding and comfortable double beds, although there are mixed opinions on the twin beds and the TV viewing setup, slightly lowering the score.
Facilities are generally seen as superb, with a well-equipped kitchen and good parking. However, some guests missed a TV in the main living area and noted the absence of an ironing board, which affects the score.
There is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches beyond the standard amenities provided, so it is not possible to score this category.

A great location also, walks up through the woodlands and waterfalls right on your doorstep. An excellent pub 2 minutes walk from apartment. Very near to Betws-Y-Coed for shops , restaurants and easy journey to the mountains for picking up hiking routes . A brilliant week, thoroughly recommend this property .

Large bright rooms. Comfortable beds and fluffy white towels, great shower in the en suite. Pleasant private outside space. Good parking. Located in village with interesting Woollen Mill which is well worth a visit. The not so good: Our worst problem was the tv âsnugâ which is really a wide corridor. The tv is far too large for such close viewing and the tv sofa only comfortable if you are lying on it. Also only max 3 people can watch tv at a time in a party of up to 6. The TV was Smart which weâre not used to. One has to open accounts for each channel you want to watch- BBC i player, ITV, C4 etc which was a bind. In our opinion this area would be much better suited as a reading area with a tv in the main living area. Also no salt pepper and oil as promised but there were lots of spices left by previous visitors. Visitors should note that there isnât a hairdryer and only 2 rolls of toilet paper for up to 6 people for a week, so bring your own!
