Bedroom 2: Single (3ft) Bed, TV, DVD Player.  Economy 7 heating, electricity, bed linen and Wi-Fi included.  Logs for wood burner available locally.  .  Enclosed patio and garden furniture.  Private parking.  No smoking.  Please note: There are 3 steps in the courtyard. .  This very attractive, semi-detached, stone-built holiday cottage is situated in the picture-postcard village of Ysbyty Ifan, nestled in the Snowdonia National Park.  Ysbyty Ifan is set within the National Trusts Ysbyty Estate with very diverse landscapes and habitats, part of which has been designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest.  The River Conwy runs through this beautiful, picturesque village which is a haven for wildlife enthusiast and photographers, and ideal for cyclists, walkers and ramblers with walking routes from the door.  There is also a children’s play area in the village to keep the children occupied.  Keen walkers will enjoy the 6-mile circular route on the Ysbyty Estate to Cwm Eidda walk.  In the village, is St John’s Church and is of significant historical importance as it was the birthplace of what we now know as the St John’s Ambulance, and the village was the birthplace of Abraham Lincoln’s great-grandmother.
