Guests are enamoured with the 'Top Of The World Lodge', praising its stunning views, peaceful surroundings, and tasteful decoration. The property's cleanliness, comfort, and thoughtful touches, such as welcome gifts, are frequently highlighted. Despite some concerns about the steep access and outdoor lighting, the overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing a desire to return.
Reviewers consistently mention the spotless condition of the lodge, indicating a high standard of cleanliness that contributes to the overall experience.
The location is celebrated for its exceptional views and tranquillity. However, a few guests noted the steep path to the property, which could be challenging for some, slightly impacting the score.
Comfort is a standout feature, with guests finding the lodge cozy and the furnishings conducive to relaxation. The presence of a gate on the decking for dog safety adds to the comfort for pet owners.
Facilities are well-received, with ample entertainment options and a well-equipped kitchen. Some minor feedback on outdoor lighting and the desire for a broom suggests room for slight improvement.
The thoughtfulness of the hosts is evident from the welcome gifts and well-stocked amenities. While such gifts are greatly appreciated, it's worth noting they are a gracious bonus and not a guaranteed feature.

The owners have thought of everything, from the basic essentials in the kitchen, a large Smart TV to the best welcome gift we have ever had. Read the comments about access, we are in our mid 70,s and didn't have a problem apart from being a bit puffed when we first arrived. You may want to consider some wheels for your luggage. The site is small, around 30 units, which are set out to give you space and is kept immaculately. The views are breathtaking day and night, I hope the owners get to use it, we could certainly live there full time.

The cleanliness was impeccableâevery room was spotless, and the attention to detail was awe-inspiring. What sets this place apart are the outstanding views. Waking up to breathtaking vistas every morning was a highlight. The property is well-maintained, with modern amenities and cozy, comfortable furnishings. The location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions while still offering peace and tranquillity. This property is perfect whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or a scenic retreat. Highly recommended, and will most certainly visit again if available.
