Beddgelert 0.4 miles. This traditional, end-terraced cottage rests in a rural location on the outskirts of Beddgelert, in the heart of Snowdonia. Full of character features, this inviting cottage is ideal for couples, families and friends seeking a relaxing break to this undisturbed region of North Wales. The sitting room will welcome your return after a day of exploring, complete with two sofas and a woodburning stove, so you can stay cosy during those colder months. Walk into the kitchen to find a well-appointed setup including all the appliances required for a week-long break, while the dining area offers ample seating during mealtimes. Upstairs plays host to three bedrooms, including a double, a 4” double and a twin, each tastefully presented, and a bathroom with an original cast iron bath and shower over. To the front is a raised garden, where you can sit back and admire the views of Afon Glaslyn towards Nantgwnant, tempting your exploration. To the side there is a natural wooded garden built on the slopes of the hillside and follows round to lawned area at the back of the property seating area where you can enjoy a refreshing drink after a tiring day. The village of Beddgelert is a short walk away and offers a delightful selection of shops, pubs and cafes alongside the river. Outdoor enthusiasts will find adventure with plenty of walking, cycling and hiking opportunities from the doorstep! For a more leisurely day out, ride on the Welsh Highland Steam Railway which stops in Bedggelert and journeys to Porthmadog on the coast. However you choose to spend your break, Sygun View promises a fabulous retreat, any time of year.
