During winter months the property is only accessed via a 4x4 due to steep and rugged road to the property. The local pub is a mile away, or alternatively, you can head to the market town of Dolgellau (3 miles) with its independent shops, pubs, cafes, golf course and events throughout the year. Other nearby hot spots include the sandy beach at Fairbourne (5 miles) or the seaside resort at Barmouth (7 miles) with its harbour, eateries, shops, events and sandy beach. Maybe take the water taxi from Fairbourne to Barmouth or join the Mawddach Trail to walk or cycle along the estuary. Enjoy walking, climbing, mountain biking, cycling and water sports in the area or just relax at the farm with its gorgeous gardens, breathtaking views of majestic mountains and opportunities for stargazing.
