The neighbouring dining room boasts a bespoke wooden table with seating for all ten guests, perfect for hosting group meals, but not too large for a single family. There is also a small balcony with views of the River Dwyryd and Vale of Ffestniog that leads to stairs down to the garden terrace. At the end of an action-packed day, look forward to snuggling up with your loved ones with a sumptuous spot in front of the flames of the wood-burning stove in the sitting room, or escape into the pages of a captivating book with a seat in the snug․ There is a small book library and board games to use. If you're not ready for the fun to end, discover the hidden staircase down to the original Georgian cellar through into the games room․ You can spend the evening challenging your loved ones to a game of air hockey or pool on the full sized tables․ Doors lead out into the large and fully enclosed garden with stunning views where you can soak in your peaceful countryside setting with your favourite tipple in hand․ There is a coal bbq to for your use. Penrhyndeudraeth is a large village with shops, restaurants, a Post Office, and a railway station on the Ffestiniog Railway. Portmeirion, a famous unique Italianate village, is just two miles away, surrounded by glorious sands and towering woodlands. From Porthmadog, you can board the Ffestiniog Railway to Blaenau Ffestiniog. Beddgelert, to the north, is a charming riverside village. Enjoying an idyllic location within the Snowdonia National Park, there's an abundance of outdoor adventures to be had.
