The presence of a stream and wildlife added to the charm, and the cottage's spaciousness and warmth were appreciated, making it a favoured choice for both families and groups.
The cottage is generally well-regarded for cleanliness, with guests finding it clean and comfortable. However, some noted that the outdoor areas and kitchen floor could be challenging to keep clean due to the rural setting and visiting wildlife, slightly affecting the score.
The location is highly praised for its beauty, tranquillity, and convenience for walking and climbing Snowdon. The secluded setting and proximity to local attractions make it an ideal base for exploring North Wales & Snowdonia.
Guests found the beds comfortable and the cottage spacious, with a cosy and welcoming atmosphere. Some minor comments about the suitability of twin beds for adults and a hard bed due to back issues were noted.
The cottage is appreciated for its well-equipped kitchen and quality appliances. However, there are mentions of maintenance issues such as a non-working shower and the need for TLC in the garden, which impacts the score.
While guests have expressed gratitude and appreciation for their stays, there are no specific mentions of gifts or special thoughtful touches provided by the hosts. Therefore, a score cannot be given in this category.

We had an amazing holiday, Wish we had stayed longer. There is so much to do in the local area. Property is lovely and big, Plenty of room for everybody. I would highly recommend staying at the property. It has been an amazing holiday. Only suggestion I would have, is the property needs a deep clean, And to provide Anti-allergy bedding, As the majority of the bedding had feathers and Myself and my daughter Have allergies to this. I did message the owner about this and she Offered to pay for new bedding. Luckily we found some spare bedding on 2 single beds that had no feathers. So we were okay, but very grateful to the owner for making the offer. What would definitely recommend this property and cannot wait to come back for our next say.

It is obviously a much-loved and special place that we felt priviledged to be able to share. We all really enjoyed our stay and met a number of friendly and welcoming people from local communties across the area. Diolch yn fawr!

The property would benefit from a good clean and some TLC. The old toilet seats need replacing. A note left on the table saying one of the two showers were not working is not good enough. The property houses 8 adults. The gardens were neglected and a lot of rubbish out of the back needs to be removed.
