Ground floor shower room, bathroom with separate WC upstairs, spacious fitted kitchen, utility, dining room and large lounge. The bungalow is well-equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, Freeview TV and oil central heating; table tennis in garage.
The village of Tremadog is half a mile away and has a shop and pub, whilst bustling Porthmadog has a wide range of shops and eating places and is the starting point for the Welsh Highland Railway and the Ffestiniog Railway.
