Caerffynnon House is highly praised for its stunning views, luxurious amenities, and comfortable furnishings. Guests have enjoyed the hot tub and the property's ability to provide a peaceful Welsh countryside experience. The spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms add to the comfort, although a minor issue with a toilet seat and a desire for a hoover were noted.
There is no specific mention of the overall cleanliness from the reviews, hence a score cannot be provided.
The location is described as perfect for exploring North Wales, with epic views across the bay and stunning night-time views of Portmeirion, indicating a high level of satisfaction.
The property is noted for its comfortable furnishings and underfloor heating, although one review mentioned cold ground floor rooms, slightly reducing the score.
Facilities like the hot tub and spacious bedrooms are appreciated. However, a non-fitting toilet seat and the absence of a hoover for guest use suggest room for improvement in maintenance.
There are no mentions of gifts or special thoughtful touches in the reviews, so a score cannot be provided.

The facilities were perfect, the home is absolutely beautiful, so comfortable and spacious. The beds are incredibly comfortable and a good nights sleep was had by all! The only thing I could possibly pick up on, was that we couldnât find a hoover. We like to keep on top of cleanliness and respect the properties in which we stay. Iâm not sure if we just werenât looking hard enough and a couple of doors were locked, but being able to run the hoover around would have been a bonus (you probably donât hear that often!) All in all, would love to return in the future and would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in the beautiful Welsh countryside.

All the amenities you could possibly want for your stay. Decorated to a high spec the house is delightful. Four really good size bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. Underfloor heating makes the house feel comfortable at all times. The outside seating area and hot tub are an added bonus. The only issue we had was the toilet seat in the downstairs king-size room. We presumed that it's not the original toilet seat and is a replacement but it does not fit properly and moved whenever we used it. We were frightened of breaking it!! But that is the only issue. The views from the 1st floor living area are amazing and at night time Portmeirion looks stunning all lit up. Definitely recommend a stay here.
