It shows a lack of attention to detail which the owner says will be addressed. The garden was not dog secure as claimed. The potential is great as was the hot-tub. For the price I paid I was disappointed,- it could be so good! but all felt a bit tired. However the area is great and the weather was fine.

.. In the countryside, lots of wildlife yet close to town and amenities. Enclosed garden for dogs We loved the covered balcony and hot tub with a mountain and sunset view. The not so good... Despite feedback from previous guests the issues continue. The worst equipped kitchen I've stayed in. Tins dirty and rusty, no bowls, no jugs I could go on. We had to buy our own equipment to cook a roast. The Coach house is not clean, bedding found to be stained, objects under sofa - Deep clean clean required. Water leak in utility/conservatory with associate odour and flies. The TV is not smart. It's very close to the hotel which didn't bother us. What I find astonishing is the owners had now had consistent poor quality feedback, and have not taken action or worse perhaps lied ? Most of the issues could be solved in a short amount of time with small financial input. Having said the above we enjoyed our stay. But standards need to rise - soiled bedding is Not ok!!
