We had a wonderful stay at Harbour Heights. The parking can be a little tight but the parking space itself had substantial room and was enough space for our LandRover. From the living room there is a beautiful view of the harbour and the location is great - a short walk to shops, restaurants, pubs etc. The steps down to the harbour are very steep but there are alternative routes. The apartment itself felt spacious and was clean and decorated beautifully. We have two teenagers and the back bedroom contained two single beds which seemed quite big and they had access to the outdoor area which is completely secure so our dog could wander in and out too. The kitchen had everything we needed, the shower was wonderful and the beds were super comfy too. Our dog enjoyed his morning walk down to Hele Bay and Putsborough and Saunton Sands were not too far away in the car. We would love to return to this apartment some day!

This is a beautiful well equipped apartment, possibly one of the best I have stayed in. Yes there is a steep hill to get to it and parking is challenging but it’s North Devon and therefore typical of that area. For some the parking might be a challenge if it’s a 4x4 but my Cactus was perfect. The apartment is wonderful. The only draw back was the nearest grass area was just across the road and as my little dog refuses to go on concrete it proved a challenge for her and me. There is always a solution and we solved it, but dog owners need to be aware of that. The location and views were wonderful, despite the dreadful weather. The apartment was decorated beautifully for Christmas and we had booked Christmas lunch in the Carlton hotel and it was first class. I would have no hesitation in rebooking. Thank you

Shoreline is a really lovely, high quality property. It was spotlessly clean, very well equipped with high specification appliances and furnishings. We also appreciated the small but very welcoming touches such as the scented drawer sachets, hairdryer, and the tea, coffee, milk and biscuits provided. The location was stunning with lovely views from the small balcony across the wide stretch of incredible Woolacombe Bay and the beautiful clean beach. It was ideal for coastal walks and had the weather been better we would have explored more of the area but we plan to return as we could see that there is so much more to enjoy and explore. The provision of a numbered car parking space was really useful. A highly recommended property!

Thank you for a wonderful stay! Such a fantastic location in one of our favourite places in Devon. Beautifully equipped flat, spotlessly clean, with every need catered for- could not ask for more. Great weather- mostly- with lots of trips to Lee Bay and swimming in the sea, followed by ice creams and cream teas at Lee Abbey Tea Cottage - highly recommend this little gem of a place! The walk from Lynmouth to Rockford is stunning- with a great little pub in Rockford to recharge everyone! Exmoor Zoo is great for children on a grey day- that and the mini golf over the river. Feeling very relaxed and sad to leave this beautiful holiday home- you have done a brilliant job renovating it!!! We will be back next year!

We have had a lovely week in Lynmouth, where my parents came for their honeymoon in the 1940's. They cycled from Bristol by tandem! The apartment is very comfortable, spotlessly clean and in a great location. We loved the Valley of the Rocks and tea rooms there. Nice walk to Watersmeet too. We have not used the car once all week which has been great. Would recommend The Rising Sun for dinner and The Vanilla Pod at Lynton. The Crown at Lynton is also lovely for a quiet pint in the garden. Thank you for a lovely stay.
