      This is a lovely property right in the heart of Porthleven, with the added and rare bonus of it's own secure parking. We have stayed here twice now and the property is always immaculately presented, spotlessly clean. The view over the inner harbour is great, there's always something to see and hear, and everything you need is on your doorstep. We listened to the Porthleven Silver Band from the comfort of our living room, but if you've had enough noise then the doors and windows immediately shut out all sounds. Would recommend this property for anyone wanting to experience the best of Porthleven without having to walk too far, ideal for those with slightly less mobile relatives!

      This is our second time staying at quayside, and you can't really get a better constant view in the harbour and location, especially for included parking space too. You get a nice welcome pack and there's nothing I can think of that isn't available to use in terms of utensils. A couple of items(microwave/washing machine) have seen better days and could do with an update. But won't massively affect most customers stay, we have a newborn however so did need those things for clothes and sterilising. That being said we would still return here again and we finally got to see a bit of a storm here in porthleven which is good to watch from the safety of the property.

      A truly lovely property in an excellent position. There is so much to watch and listen to on the harbour, including the Porthleven Town Band, which gave some excellent performances. However, the property is well soundproofed so all noise can be shut out if you want to. The apartment is equipped to a very high standard and we appreciated the coffee pods for the machine and the welcome pack and bottle of wine. We had plenty space and having two bathrooms is ideal. The parking space was extremely useful. Porthleven is in a good position for exploring Cornwall and it is a very pretty place in its own right, with a good beach and lots of shops.

      We have just returned from a brilliant week in this front line apartment. On arrival we found it to be spotlessly clean with lovely touches such as fresh flowers and wine, very welcome. It was beautifully appointed with good quality furnishings and linens throughout. The view was to die for, and we spent happy hours relaxing watching the harbour. The central position was ideal, so handy for the lovely shops, pub and beach. Porthleven has some great eateries and is turning into quite a foodie destination. We loved everything about this holiday and plan to return very soon.

Waking up every morning with the stunning views of the harbour--whether it was sunny or stormy--is something I dream about throughout the year. Couldn't ask for a better location or accommodation!
