Great cottage and lovely location, really enjoyed our stay over Christmas.

The cottage is in a remote location on a hill, on the one side you have beautiful forest and on the other - fields with some views over the valley. To get to the cottage you need to drive on a foresty road for about 600 m uphill. The road is made up of crushed stones, so you won't get stuck in a mud there, but if it was snowing it would be problematic / impossible to drive to / from the cottage on a sedan car without winter tyres. The cottage itself is in a great condition and has very good facilities. Highly recommended for an amazing stay in Snowdonia.

Greffyn is a beautiful cottage set on its own, in an idyllic setting.

It is clean and comfortable and well furnished. The kitchen is well equipped and the added addition of the pool table in the games room provided a little competition on some wet days. It is within walking distance through the forest to local amenities and Betws-y-coed has a well-stocked Spar shop with instore bakery which is excellent. There are plenty of walks directly from the cottage as well as being near to the more well-known tracks and trails in the national park. We really enjoyed our stay here and would certainly book again if in the area.

We had an amazing week's stay at Greffyn.

The cottage definitely had the wow factor! It was comfy, cosy and very well equipped. The bedding was so good that I have actually been out to buy the same pillows! The location is superb, very secluded but the perfect base to explore the beautiful Welsh scenery. We loved the fire pit and spent most evenings out in the garden. We can highly recommend Greffyn to everyone! Thanks Teleri. We hope to come back. ps look out for the woodpeckers in the garden!

Cottage was amazing, very secluded with spacious gardens including bbq patio and outdoor dining area yet short walk from Betws y Coed.

Hottest recorded temp in Wales so thick stone walls meant nice and cool. Wi-Fi and EV charger useful as was cool water / ice dispenser. Fire set on arrival and welcome wine and treats all nice touches and appreciated. Very close to walking routes and mountain bike trails, also had a shed to store bikes in. Hope to return next year and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.

We had a great, relaxing week at the cottage.

The situation of the cottage is so peaceful and yet a twenty minute walk, you can be in Betws y coed. The cottage had everything you could want and the pool table was a plus. Teleri was a good host and quick to communicate. We went on a couple of walks from the cottage and it doesn’t take too long to reach the coast. A great location to explore North Wales.
