Fabulous property, we loved the location and the views. The garden isn't very accessible for elderly and definitely not for young children but we were aware of this. For our family the property suited us perfectly for exploring the area. The property was very clean. Parking isn't as bad as previous comments have made out. We reversed up the street and the 2nd car parked at the side of us. We left a note in the windscreen if any local residents needed us to move but no cars can get beyond this house so it was absolutely fine. The walk into town and the harbour is only 15 minutes away and easier enough to walk back if you don't mind a bit of a steeper walk. We loved our stay here and we ranged from age 8 up to 75. Buses run regularly into town, picking you up right outside the house for those who cannot walk as good. The whole area is beautiful. Fantastic stay here. Thank you

Suitable for fit people only! <br />The property is spacious and well enough equipped. you need to be fit to stay in this house! as to enjoy the garden you have to walk up a lot of steep steps and that is to the 1st level! There are further levels but I didn't get that far! Another minus is only 1 space for parking. Do not rely on parking along surrounding streets because of yellow lines and lack of spaces. Walking down to the town wasn't a problem but walking back up was, as it is fairly steep. Buses are every half hour and do stop outside the house, although once again you have to conquer three lots of steep steps to get to the house. This house is certainly not for people with physical disabilities or the elderly.

Wonderful house and garden in a good location. Parking was a bit of an issue as we had 3 cars and parking on the main road was quite a long walk away. But all in all we enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again. Problem free booking. Everything was clean an ready for when we arrived. The house itself was very comfortable with lots of good books to read and everything you could possibly need. Stairs up to the attic bedroom where too step for an elderly relative in our party resulting in one of us sleeping on the sofa. luckily our son being 22 years old didn't mind. We had a nice week in Dartmouth and where sorry to leave.

Most enjoyable <br />Fairview was an extremely welcoming place to stay. Lovely, fresh, modern accommodation, everything we needed was there (except enough dish washer tablets!!) Perfect for our little memory trip in honour of my husband whom I lost just a year ago. My family were with me and we took a trip up the River Dart to remember the days of my husband in the Navy. We met in Dartmouth. The garden is really novel and the summerhouse at the top is a lovely idea for tea, coffee or something stronger! Only problem is parking but then I knew about that from my previous Dartmouth days. Great stay, thankyou.

Very clean well equipped and spacious , plenty of room for the seven of us. Wonderful views. Only issue is parking, informed small space for medium car but told could park on highway,. No space on highway had to park in mian carpark, which meant a bus ride or walking . Needs to be highlighted before booking, also anyone with even slight mobility issues would not manage the steep steps up to property
