This cottage was delightful everything anyone could wish for.
So clean and well kept with beautiful well maintained gardens surrounding the cottage with beautiful views . Itâs in an idyllic location and surrounded by beautiful countryside and wonderful wildlife. The cottage has been very tastefully decorated by the owners who have catered for everything you need to enjoy your stay. A lovely welcome pack awaited us from the owners who also met us on arrival and were so lovely. They had provided a cream tea, milk, beautiful flowers and doggy treats which was so very thoughtful of them and very much appreciated. We absolutely loved our stay and canât wait to return. Our two dogs Ben and Teddy also thoroughly enjoyed their stay and were safe in the enclosed garden. Thank you so much . Christine and Steve xx

A lovely, superbly appointed property.
A great shower and excellent accommodation. A well appointed kitchen and dining area with a separate fridge and freezer. If you want a peaceful, relaxing holiday, this is the place to come. Our hosts, Ian and Ali, are lovely caring and knowledgeable couple, it was a delight to meet them. Set in the beautiful Heartlands country side, there is very little noise apart from the occasional aircraft and tractors. Plenty of walks especially for our Woofer! Heartlands Village farmers market is a must for a visit as are the local village pubs. Heartlands Quay is superb and there are lovely local places to visit, on foot or by car. We had a superb quiet 2 weeks stay and thoroughly recommend Windbury cottage.

Really quiet easy place to stay.
Hosts were supportive without being intrusive. Nice out of the way place. First place we've stayed were we didn't need to fall back on our 'Chef's Carry Bag' with knifes etc & we've been doing this type of holiday for many years. Well done Ian & Ali.
