From September to May you can soak in the hot tub, from which there are fabulous views, and in warm weather why not enjoy drinks and meals at the outdoor dining area of the enclosed lawned garden? There’s ample parking on the gated driveway, too.

This superb getaway is surrounded by gorgeous countryside, and the Offa’s Dyke Path which runs nearby is perfect for a stroll and a picnic. Bishop’s Castle (3 miles) is an unspoilt Medieval town, famous for its music, pubs and independent shops. In Clun, also 3 miles away, you’ll find spectacular castle ruins, while both Stokesay Castle and Powis Castle are within 19 miles. Ludlow and Shrewsbury are both within 25 miles.
