These two holiday cottages (refs NP80 and NP81) are situated ½ mile from the shores of Lake Ullswater in superb surroundings. This working farm borders the River Eamont and is close to the craggy peaks of the Lakeland fells. Fells nearby include the High Street range, 1 mile, and Helvellyn, 8 miles. Penrith, 6 miles. Windermere, 13 miles. Access is via a small, private holiday park under the same ownership. Good location for peace and quiet yet only ¼ mile walk to Pooley Bridge with shops, pubs, cafés and steamer trips. Young children’s play area and small football pitch nearby. NP81 is adjacent to the owner’s quiet seasonal holiday park with no letting or sub letting. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
Garden Cottage can be booked together with Riverbank Cottage (ref NP80) and The Lodge (ref UK37562) to accomodate up to 16 guests.

Garden Cottage is outstanding!! This is our second stay and we have already booked the third! The cottage really does have the “wow factor”. It is decorated beautifully and in an amazing location, just a 10 minute stroll into Pooley Bridge. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is really well equipped.. and the bottle of Prosecco is a lovely touch. We would highly recommend this fabulous cottage!

I stayed at Garden Cottage with 6 of my friends and family. Wow!!! The cottage is beautiful… even better than the photograph ms! The living room really does have the wow factor. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped. We walked across the fields into Pooley Bridge . The location is perfect. We would highly recommend this cottage and cannot wait to return! Thank you
