Family of 4, we had a brilliant stay despite the cold in Feb. The house is excellent; very well maintained, clean and very well equipped. Great location for walks and bike rides in the local area and beyond with both the the coast and Dalby forest in easy reach. Hosts were friendly and unobtrusive. I cannot fault the stay, would love to come back!

Fantastic cottage, perfect quiet location but great links to A64 and York, Malton, Pickering and Castle Howard. Extremely well equipped and maintained cottage, so cosy and clean especially appreciated as we came off-season and spent more time in the cottage as we do on summer holidays. Lovely welcome from Marilyn who was the perfect host. Many thanks for a great stay, would definitely recommend.

Marilyn has a beautiful cottage that is both welcoming and cosy. The rooms were all great and I the location left us with lots of options to visit and some great pubs with food too
