If you want peace and quiet, then this small, cosy apartment is ideal. I loved it there; it was just the calm that I wanted. A very welcoming and responsive host. The village has a well stocked community shop. It's located very near to Maldon, Heybridge, New Hall Vineyard, to mention just a few places to visit. I didn't visit any of the nearby pubs but the host was happy to advise the best to choose.
