Guests say

Temple of Diana offers a truly unique and memorable stay, set in stunning parkland with beautiful views and historic architecture. Guests consistently praise the extraordinary setting, spacious and well-equipped interiors, and the sense of privacy and tranquillity. The orangery and adventure playground are particular highlights for families. While most found the property clean and comfortable, a small number noted issues with cleaning and maintenance. The spiral staircases add character but may challenge those with mobility concerns. Staff are frequently described as friendly and helpful, and some guests received thoughtful welcome hampers, though these are not guaranteed.

The majority of guests found the property spotlessly clean and well maintained, with fresh bedding and towels. However, there was one notably negative review citing poor cleaning and the presence of insects, which slightly lowers the overall score.

The location is universally praised for its idyllic, tranquil parkland setting, beautiful views, and easy access to walks and estate facilities. Guests loved the sense of seclusion and the opportunity to explore the grounds.

Guests frequently mention the comfort of the beds, spacious rooms, and relaxing atmosphere. The orangery and various lounges provide ample space to unwind. The only recurring challenge is the spiral staircases, which may not suit everyone.

Facilities are described as excellent, with a well-equipped kitchen, multiple bathrooms, and thoughtful amenities. Minor issues were noted with kitchen equipment and occasional maintenance concerns, but staff were responsive to requests.

Several guests appreciated welcome hampers and attentive staff, though it should be noted that such gifts are not guaranteed. Staff are often described as friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall experience.

Staff at Weston Park rang to say the Temple was ready cosy and roads on the estate cleared following heavy snow . The staff are all pleasant very helpful. This was a return visit for a birthday celebration and it was as brilliant as the last time, it was so warm and cosy. The sub zero temperatures outside made the orangery chilly but our birthday guests just chose to wrap up and loved the space. The rooms are so unique and well equipped. If perfect WiFi is essential then it's not for you. Due to age this may be our last visit as we like the top room and the stairs will become a challenge. :(
