Located walking distance from the location of BBC's Winterwatch at RSPB Arne. Wildlife is in abundance here, with eagles, Ospreys, owls, a plethora of birds and deer often spotted in the surrounding woodland. There are also many observation huts located around the property. The pretty riverside town of Wareham is a mile from the property and has a good selection of amenities including many independent shops, pubs, and cafes. The local area has something for everyone with popular attractions including The Tank Museum, Monkey World, Dancing Ledge, Kimmeridge, Winspit, Swanage, Tyneham, Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door, which are all less than 9 miles away.
