Guests say

Guests have praised the 'Seaside' apartment for its cleanliness, comfort, and proximity to the beach. The property is well-equipped and beautifully decorated, offering a peaceful stay with the soothing sound of waves. However, it is noted that the steep hill and steps to the property may challenge those with mobility issues. Thoughtful touches by the owner, such as welcome packs, have been appreciated, though these are not guaranteed for every stay.

Reviewers consistently mention that the apartment is spotless and well-maintained, indicating a high standard of cleanliness.

The location is highly praised for its proximity to the beach and central Ventnor, though the steep hill access and parking challenges slightly temper the score.

The apartment is described as comfortable, with a particularly comfy bed and quiet surroundings conducive to relaxation.

Facilities are generally good, with mentions of a well-equipped kitchen and extras like a hairdryer. Some guests suggested more appliance instructions could improve the experience.

Guests appreciated the thoughtful extras like welcome packs and fresh flowers. However, as these gifts are not guaranteed for all stays, the score reflects this uncertainty.

Excellent apartment.Everything you need for a comfortable stay.Very steep hill but only a short way up.Proximity to seafront couldn’t be better. We bought a weekly parking pass and parked in big car park behind Spyglass Pub. Pass can be used for most of the rest of the Islands car parks but look it up on website as a different code has to be used.

Great for us and we are a couple in our 70's but the steep incline up to the property will not suit those with any walking difficulties. It's about 30 steps up the hill from the promenade, which makes it very well situated. Parking will be difficult at peak times, although the long stay behind the excellent Spyglass Inn (about 200 yards) seems always to have space. The parking currently costs £2 for an overnight stay. If you were to park up all day allow at least another £10 - a bugbear of ours. The property is ok for two and well presented. This was our second visit and we expect to be back!
