After dinner, venture out to the rear decking where you can savour the last light over Ballintubbrid with a glass of wine in hand; don’t forget to raise a toast to your well-earned retreat. When the evening is over, wash off the day’s adventures in the bathroom before retiring to one of five bedrooms; choose between a two doubles with en-suite shower room, a ground-floor double with en-suite shower room, a double and a family room with double bed and two single beds and en-suite shower room. Kilmuckridge, formerly called The Ford, is a charming coastal community in County Wexford, Ireland. Two pleasant cafes, Bella Napoli and Kate's Cafe, as well as two pubs, one of which also serves as an off-license store, and a well-stocked convenience store are just a few of the facilities available to guests of the village who have chosen to prepare their own meals during their self-catering vacation. The nearby Morriscastle Beach is a great amenity for the hamlet, and the Morriscastle Trail Walk takes you there. On the way, stop by the Castle Delights Bakery & Café for a delicious snack. Close by lies Cahore, home to the popular Cahore Pier and miles of sandy beaches along the coast to the east. In addition to its wonderful adventure playground and falconry, Kilmuckridge also benefits from its proximity to the famous Victorian House of Wells House.
