There's a superb sense of space in Villa Puerto Blanco, near to the town of Calpe, on Spain's Costa Blanca. This stunning three-storey, detached villa has four spacious double bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests, which is ideal for a fabulous family holiday or a group of friends getaway!
The villa is set in its own grounds with a panoramic view terrace and private swimming pool. The property comes with all the mod cons, including air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout, satellite television, and heating. The interiors are elegant, curved walls, stylish contemporary furniture, and decorated in a sophisticated colour palette of soft whites, shades of sand, and subtle greys.
Enter the villa at ground floor level, where you will be welcomed by a charming curved sitting room, which is home to two sofas arranged to face a flat-screen television, a large dining table and direct access to the terrace. The large kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you will need to cater for your stay, or better still, hire a private chef for the holiday. An eight-seater dining set is perfect for some splendid indoor entertaining.
There are also two beautifully appointed bedrooms on this floor, both with double beds and access to the sea view terrace. A shared bathroom has a walk-in shower for all guests to use. Take the stairs to the upper floor, where there is a magnificent main bedroom with a double bed, an ensuite shower room, and a private furnished terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee watching the sun rise over the mountains. On the lower floor, there is a bedroom with twin beds that are tailor-made for younger children or teenagers.
We bet you will be spending most of your days outdoors on the incredible sweeping sea view terrace, with a centrepiece step-entry swimming pool. Relax on the adjacent sun loungers, chill out on the squishy bean bags, swing in the hammock, and soak up the Spanish sun. Make cocktails at the beach shack bar, and dine alfresco at the outdoor dining set, with dishes freshly grilled on the portable barbecue.
Villa Puerto Blanco can be found in a quiet residential area, just a short drive from the beaches of Calpe, along Spain's Costa Blanca. Your holiday home-from-home is within short distance to Calpe and other hot spots in this region of Spain, with the nearest airport being in Alicante. The nearest restaurant is around a 15-minute walk from the villa, and getting into the centre of Calpe would take around 30 minutes (but there are plenty of taxis to call!).
You can walk to the nearest sandy beach of Playa de Puerto Blanco or the rocky shores of Cala Les Urques. In Calpe, Playa de la Fossa and Playa Arenal are known for their golden sands and cool waters that are perfect for swimming and snorkelling. Take the opportunity to test your skills in windsurfing, sailing, kayaking, and paddleboarding in the surrounding areas of Calpe. The main attraction of Calpe is the Peñon de Ifach, a giant rock formation that has become a symbol of the region. Visitors can marvel at its size from the beaches of Calpe or even take a guided tour up to the top!
