Heating and hot water required a plumbers visit. It was sorted out. Cottage could use a deep cleaning for cobwebs. Vacuum cleaner broken. But all in all it was a lovely place to stay. The garden was terrific!!!

All fixtures and fittings of extremely good quality. Equipped with everything one could possibly need on a holiday. Perfect location, only two minutes walk from Chipping Campden High Street, yet it was SO quiet - at night in particular, there wasnât a sound to be heard. The house was super warm and there was plenty of hot water for baths/showers. Great wood burning stove which must make it lovely and cosy in the winter months. Very comfortable bed.

They were eventually emailed to me, but as I was already in the cottage and no idea about the wifi password it was hard to get started. Had they been emailed before left I could have printed them. We couldn't get the dvd to work. Not a great problem, but it should probably need to be looked at. Also the batteries in both remotes need to be replaced.
