Hazelnut Barn is a luxurious four bedroom, open-plan, contemporary barn in a courtyard setting of four barns, deep in the private 1500 acre Notgrove Estate.

This beautifully furnished modern barn has an open-plan ground floor living space with a wood burning stove for those cooler evenings and french doors leading onto its own front courtyard with outdoor furniture and barbecue.

Upon entering the lobby into Hazelnut Barn, you are immediately drawn to the modern touches of this stunning, contemporary barn. The sitting room is where you will find a sumptuous corner sofa and dining area, perfect for enjoying a relaxing evening. The ground floor bedroom has two single zip and link beds that can be joined together as a king-size and an en-suite shower room, ideal if disabled access is required. Three further bedrooms with king-size zip and link beds can be found on the first floor off the spacious landing, each with its own bath or shower room.

Opposite the property, a shared games room with a pool table, table tennis, bar football, beanbags, a television and much more, is the perfect place for our younger guests to make new friends during their stay. Behind the games room is a children's play area.

High up on the Cotswolds Hills, Notgrove village has just 32 cottages and is the same size now as it was in the Doomsday Book of 1086. Stunning scenery, beautiful walks and cycle routes are right on your doorstep along with the estate's alpacas, highland cows, donkeys and goats. The village also boasts a licenced cafe and bar and for those who like to walk to the pub, the neighbouring villages of Naunton and Cold Aston both have thriving local pubs selling local beer.

For larger groups wishing to holiday together, Walnut Barn (accommodating eight guests); Cobnut Barn (accommodating eight guests) and Chestnut Barn (accommodating six guests) are also available to book, subject to availability.

Additional Information:

Two well behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge). Please restrict your dog to the ground floor and keep them on a lead around the farm.

Children and babies welcome (one travel cot and one highchair available free of charge and upon request - please supply your own cot linen). There is a fixed stairgate at the bottom of the stairs.

The bedding is non-feather.

An initial basket of logs for the wood burning stove is provided.

A tumble dryer is available in the games room.

This is a working farm so tractors and livestock are around.
