Lily Rose Cottage is the perfect base for exploring Hadrian’s Wall and the Cumbrian countryside. Situated at Hall Guests near Gilsland, currently sleeping 2 guests but sleeping up to 5 guests from 6th February 2021. It lies between the market towns of Brampton and Haltwhistle. Explore Birdoswald Roman Fort, Lanercost Priory, Kielder Water, Northumberland National Park and the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty which are all a short drive away. It is perfect for guests looking for a countryside escape. The nearest shop and pub is 5 miles away. The Lake District is less than an hour's drive away. Scotland is a 20 minute drive away. Carlisle Airport is 8 miles away.
