Sitting in the small seaside village of Trusthorpe, along the Lincolnshire coast, is this self-contained annex, Lockdown Lodge. This extended garage has been wonderfully converted to provide a lovely bolthole for couples seeking a break from reality. Enter the lodge into a the kitchen/living space, where you can use the microwave and fridge to prepare a snack before getting comfy on the settee and choosing something to watch on the Smart TV. Freshen up in the shower room before heading to the double bedroom for your rest. To the outside is a small, enclosed courtyard with picnic bench, providing a lovely spot to kick back with a drink in hand. The village of Trusthorpe is home to a convenience store and a pub, whilst there is a greater choice of amenities in Mablethorpe. Spend on a day on the sandy shores of Mablethorpe Beach or venture along the coastal path and uncover the best of this region on foot. Alternatively, head to Sutton on Sea beach for a slightly quieter option followed by dining at The Beach Bar or Ice Rock Café. For a family-friendly day out, the Lincolnshire Aquapark and Watersports Lake is only a short drive away, or maybe you’d prefer to get away from it all in the Lincolnshire Wolds AONB. Head to the popular tourist spot of Skegness to enjoy Natureland Seal Sanctuary, Skegness Aquarium, Skegness Clock Tower and Skegness Pleasure Beach, offering something for everyone. Between Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea in Lincolnshire, there is a little seaside community called Trusthorpe. Louth, Ingoldmells, and Horncastle are all easily accessible further out.

    Secure garden area for our dog to investigate. Easy walking distance to holiday park club for restaurant facilities where dogs are welcomed.

    ..the dog loved the garden and settled in well and the hosts were extremely helpful and friendly but didn't bother us at all ...fabulous location for several beaches and a fab pub with great food on the doorstep.
