Guests say

Riverside Park 1 in Keswick is praised for its superb location, with easy access to local amenities and scenic views. Guests appreciate the property's modern aesthetics, well-equipped kitchen, and the convenience of parking. While some guests mention issues with cleanliness and maintenance, the majority express satisfaction and have rebooked for future stays.

Cleanliness has received mixed reviews. Some guests found the property to be very clean, while others reported issues with floors, appliances, and finding pet hair. The management's response to cleanliness concerns appears to be inconsistent.

The location is highly praised for its proximity to the town centre, park, and scenic views. Guests appreciate the convenience of being able to walk to local attractions and the added benefit of a parking space.

Comfort is generally well-regarded, with guests finding the property warm and well-appointed. However, there are comments about uncomfortable settees and issues with a cold bedroom, which slightly detract from the overall comfort.

Facilities are modern and generally meet guests' needs, but there are reports of maintenance issues such as broken appliances, heating problems, and a lack of cleaning supplies. Some guests also noted a lack of instructions for the facilities.

Guests have mentioned thoughtful touches like welcome packs with cakes and prosecco, which are appreciated. However, it should be noted that such gifts are not guaranteed and may not be provided for every stay.

Slight disappointment that the standard lamp near the dining table had no bulb in it & therefore didn’t work. Maybe us but we couldn’t get the light to work on the cooker extractor hood either.

Such a lovely setting with views of the river and fells especially when the leaves have fallen. The decor and some furniture had changed this time and were a delight, such comfortable settees and pictures relevant to the area. Pleasing welcoming touches too. I like it so much that I have already booked to return yet again.
