The bedrooms are spartan and lacking in comfort, no dressing tables, no chairs, old rickety wardrobe, poor quality mattresses, flimsy cheap curtains. The large upstairs living area has a multitude of cheap soft low sofas, but not a single chair suitable for those who are unable to use soft low seats. The downstairs front televisión room has one low poor quality soft sofa, and nothing else, again no chairs suitable for sitting on. The shag pile rugs slipped and slided and crumpled and are a hazard. The high rise kitchen island seats are ugly shakey unstable and are overdue replacement. Several of the Venetian window blinds throughout the property had lost their cords and controls and had bent broken slats. The glass shelves above wash hand basins in bathrooms were either missing or dangerously loose.. The basket for shower gel shampoo etc was loose and fell off the wall. The tumble dryer filter was completely choked and its tank was full, indicating that it hadnât been cleaned for some considerable time. The dishwater filter was choked with old material including cling film.

Spacious garden with football goal posts. Nice outdoor seating area. Main room has a lovely large TV screen and ample seating for a large group to socialise. Fantastic facilities in the kitchen and dining room. Right next door to the Brockhole Visitor Centre too! Thank you so much, we made some great memories here!!
