The location is highly praised for its beauty and proximity to walking trails and local amenities. Parking issues were mentioned, but the overall sentiment about the location is overwhelmingly positive.

Guests generally found the cottage comfortable, with special mentions of the sofas and beds. Some guests suggested improvements in pillows and noted a damp issue in one of the bedrooms.

While some guests were disappointed with the lack of welcome gifts such as tea, milk, or sugar, and there was no consistent mention of such amenities being provided, it is important to note that these are not guaranteed and can vary.

Handy for walks from the door, a good Co-op and good pub/eatery within short walking distance.

The house is in a lovely location, opposite Bays Brown Farm and Campsite. Not a great view from the window as it looks on to other houses but you don't have to go far to get a good view up the valley. We had to go around the house as soon as we arrived, to turn on heaters, hot water and appliances, which was a bit of a pain. The house is somewhat dated but comfortable and well-supplied, although a spare toilet roll would have been welcome. The house was clean but the black mould in the grout in the shower could do with some treatment.
