The place was spotless and had everything we needed, including some kids toys, family games, and even a sheet provided for under the highchair! (Very much needed with a messy toddler!) The site is lovely and quiet, with lots of places to visit nearby and an on-site pub which did lovely food. Alison is wonderful, on hand for any queries and so friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend and hope we get to visit again!

Beautifully furnished, spacious and very clean. Would highly recommend and we really enjoyed our stay. My only regret is that someone broke a glass on the morning we were leaving and I didnât have time to replace it. Alison had kindly left us a bottle of wine on our arrival so I decided to leave it with a note of apology in lieu of the breakage. However our daughter had packed it in her case and weâd loaded up the car. (Weâve been back 4 days and still no sign of that wine!). Sorry Alison

This was our 3rd stay in the Lake District however our first stay in Hollytree and I can honestly say it was fantastic! The lodge was spotless and very well equipped. Alison really did think of everything! Limefitt Park is also a great location, amazing scenery and views and very handy for Windemere, Bowness and Ambleside. We stayed as a family of 4 and the lodge was perfect for us. Can't wait to return again soon! Burns family.
