Guests that stayed at this property said

Guests consistently describe the property as clean and well-presented, with only a few isolated comments on minor issues that do not detract from the overall positive perception of cleanliness.

The location is frequently highlighted as excellent, with its proximity to Windermere, Bowness, and local facilities, making it an ideal base for exploring the Lake District.

The property is generally found to be very comfortable, with several reviews mentioning comfortable beds and plenty of space. However, a few guests noted issues with mattress softness and a cramped top bathroom.

Very close to amenities, we will certainly come again !

There was no soap or shower gel. One of the taps in one of the bedrooms was in poor condition. Dishwasher needed salt and rinse aid and did not clean great. The bathroom in the very top room is really not usable as it is so tight in there. Great location, excellent size rooms downstairs and bedroom sizes were good. Thank you for our stay.

The house is well positioned for walks to Bowness or Windermere and the bus stop for trips further afield is a short walk away. The only improvements would be better quality towels, some of them were very small and thin.
