So weâll set up and thought out with some lovely finishing touches. Would highly recommend and are already looking to return at some point.

The cottage was very well presented and has everything you need for a 'home from home' holiday. Beds were comfortable and the bed linen and towels were all excellent quality. Kitchen is well equipped and 2 of the bedrooms have on-suite bathrooms. Only tip is that we have a medium size SUV and the parking space in front of the property may feel a bit tight for bigger cars or less confident drivers if the 2 next door properties are also occupied. We would definitely return to this property!

The kitchen had everything needed to cater for 6 and lots of lovely extras. The lounge area is particularly special for a group with a circular table and ample comfy seating. Bedrooms are super comfy too and our room had a massive bed for a great nights sleep. Walking out to Bowness and Windemere in the evening(up or down) you can find huge range of restaurants. We did bring a car but the local open top bus stops at the end of the road and can take you to Ambleside and Grassmere for £2 single. We have been visiting the lakes since 1990 and this is by far the best accommodation to date. Would love to visit again.
