Petersham Mews offers original, cobbled charm - which forms part of Kensington’s ‘Queen’s Gate” conservation area; originally used as coach houses and stable accommodation, these homes now offer prestigious residential accommodation. The nearest station is Gloucester Road tube which is about a four-minute walk away.

Located on the edge of Holland Park, Leighton House Museum is one of the most opulent museums in London; the ornate nineteenth-century home of Lord Leighton is decorated with domed ceilings, gilded walls, flamboyant artwork and fountains. This is a small scale museum which makes for a nice afternoon’s activity, whilst Holland Park itself is small, little known by tourists, and offers something of a secret escape into woodlands, wild ponds and pavilions; set in one of London’s most elegant areas, it makes for a romantic stroll or day out as a family.
