Choose from a range of Club Flats, all of which include a beautifully designed bedroom, a separate living space and modern kitchen, with unique features tailored to individual, group, or family stay. As a resident you will have exclusive access to the Private Club, Hogsmire Lounge, the Keepers Room Private Bar, our Vitality Pool featuring a stunning vitality pool, sauna, steam room, and experience shower, and our high tech Gym.

Unlike a traditional hotel, Residents are in control of their stay through the bespoke House app. Check in, open the front door to your Club flat, adjust the climate and lighting as you like it and choose to have your room cleaned when you want. Use it to book at the spa, bars and restaurant, order your food and drinks or simply find out what’s going on at the House and in the neighborhood. Extend your stay at the House and when it’s time to leave, pay and check out on the app. If you need any help, just chat to one of our House Jacks, and they will always be happy to assist.

In the evening, you can order signature cocktails in the glazed courtyard overlooking the pool, enjoy screenings in the Sitting Room, or try a sharpener in the moody, vaulted Whiskey Locker. You can book to enjoy screenings in 'the Den, which seats up to 10 people or enjoy a relaxing drink in the vaulted Keepers Room.

On the ground floor, all open to the public, you cannot miss the sophisticated Owl & Monkey Treetops bar or The Other Kitchen, which serves a daily changing menu using seasonal ingredients, catering for all tastes including delicious vegan options, as well as afternoon tea.

For more private meetings and dinners, host friends and colleagues in the Green Room or Blue Room, or enjoy a quieter moment in the Library.
