Beach House in Winterton-on-Sea is highly praised for its excellent location, cleanliness, and comfort. Guests appreciate the spaciousness, homely feel, and wheelchair accessibility. The secure garden and proximity to the beach and local amenities add to the charm. The property is well-equipped for large groups and families, with a special mention of the well-stocked kitchen and games room.

Guests consistently describe the property as very clean and well-maintained, indicating high standards of cleanliness throughout the house.

The location is exceptional, with direct access to the dunes and beach, and close proximity to local pubs, shops, and eateries. The presence of wildlife like seals adds to the allure.

The property is repeatedly noted for its comfort, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. However, a minor criticism of the pillows being too puffy suggests a slight deduction.

Facilities are highly regarded, with a well-equipped kitchen, secure garden, and games room. The property is suitable for wheelchair users. A quick response to an issue indicates good maintenance.

While the reviews reflect a positive experience, there is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the host. Therefore, this category cannot be scored.

The safe gardens for our dogs were the extra bonus that added to our stay and openening the back gate to the dunes was a nice feature walking over to see the seals

The property is perfect for wheelchair users and has been very well adapted. It was very spacious and nearly all bedrooms had a separate toilet. The lounge and kitchen were a decent size we all managed to sit together in the lounge playing games and eat together around the big dining table in the kitchen. There was ample space for off road parking we had 4 cars. The local pub, cafe and shop were walking distance. The beach behind the house is a 5 -10 mins walk and is lovely with local huts to buy snacks. Would definitely come here again met the owner on day of departure and she was lovely.

Super comfortable beds with lovely linen and towels. Great lounge with lots of sofa space. Really well equipped kitchen with nice china etc. Lovely huge table for family meals, also good for the evening board games! Garden secure for the dogs, not huge but out the back gate are the dunes and minutes further on the beach - walks on the doorstep! Only one wrinkle which was immediately responded to by owner. Best house we've stayed in for years, we will be back!
