Sleepeezy is a well-liked cottage praised for its welcoming hosts, convenient location for exploring North Norfolk, and its cosy, homely feel. Guests appreciate the well-equipped kitchen and the property's cleanliness, though some noted the need for updates in decor and bedding. The garden is a highlight, offering a pleasant outdoor space. Road noise and some maintenance issues were mentioned, but overall, guests enjoyed their stay.
Most guests found Sleepeezy clean and tidy, with a few noting it could benefit from a more thorough cleaning in certain areas, such as cobwebs and kitchenware. The general consensus is that the property is well-maintained, though some attention to detail could enhance the experience.
The cottage's location is appreciated for its proximity to local attractions and the coast. However, several guests mentioned the property is situated on a busy road, which affected their sleep due to noise. While the location is central for exploring, the noise factor has impacted the satisfaction of some visitors.
Guests generally found the cottage comfortable, with a warm and cosy atmosphere. Comments on the need for better mattresses and pillows suggest room for improvement in sleeping arrangements. The presence of a garden adds to the comfort, but the road noise and some uncomfortable beds have been noted.
The property is well-equipped with modern facilities, Wi-Fi, and a good TV reception. However, guests have reported maintenance issues such as plumbing problems and suggested improvements like better glazing to reduce noise. The lack of certain amenities like a tumble dryer and the need to provide some basics oneself were also mentioned.
There is insufficient information regarding the thoughtfulness of the hosts in terms of gifts or special touches that would enhance the guests' experience. Therefore, a score cannot be provided for this category.

Warm and cosy cottage, with lots of space. Location was great for other towns and access to north coast. We spent a wonderful long weekend in Norfolk, and the cottage was a fantastic from which to explore the area. Thank you.

With the property some attention to detail is needed around the cleanliness, Could do with some updating in terms of paint etc. beds are not very comfortable.

As always, the cottage was spotless and very well equipped. We spent two weeks there. It's a very handy location for exploring the local countryside and coast. The owner was very friendly and helpful and only lives next door so handy if there are any problems. A lovely garden with table and chairs to sit out and relax when the sun shines. We can recommend The Olive Tree pub next door for delicious home cooked meals.
